The exterior of the building is entirely of stone with elaborate columns and handsomely designed cornices and capitals. The dome is gilded with tissue paper thin sheets of pure 23-karat gold with a protetive layer sealing the gold from the weather. Beautiful archetchure with marble grand staircase and law library. A great place to visit.
